Rental Reservations

Rental reservations are subject to inventory availability and confirmation by Brilliant Lounge Rentals. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee availability until confirmed by our team.

Payments & Deposits

Deposits may be required to reserve inventory and secure event dates. Remaining balances must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your rental agreement.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the rental order. Deposits may be non-refundable under certain circumstances.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery and pickup services are subject to scheduling availability, delivery fees, and location requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Clear setup areas

• Timely pickup coordination

• Stairs

• Long carrying distances

• Delayed access

• Late-night pickups

• Difficult loading conditions

Rental Responsibility

Customers are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup.

Damaged, lost, stolen, or excessively dirty items may result in additional repair or replacement charges.

Rental items should be protected from:

• Weather exposure

• Theft

• Fire

• Candle wax

• Food stains

• Improper handling

Setup & Breakdown

Setup and breakdown services may be available for select rentals and event types. Additional fees may apply.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, customers are responsible for ensuring rental items are accessible for pickup at the scheduled time.

Use of Rental Equipment

Rental equipment must be used safely and only for its intended purpose. Brilliant Lounge Rentals reserves the right to refuse service or remove equipment if unsafe conditions exist.

All website content including text, branding, graphics, logos, and images are the property of Brilliant Lounge Rentals and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Brilliant Lounge Rentals shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Event interruptions beyond our control

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental services provided.
